Q: How can I find out if my payment has been received?
A: If you mailed a check and did not receive an email confirmation, please email us. Q: Can I make a donation or purchase a ticket for someone? A: Yes, just make sure to include the attendee's name in the purchase. Q: Can I be a chaperone? A: Yes, please email us to find out if any more chaperons are needed. Q: Do you need help with decorations / setup / take-down? A: All help is welcome, please email for more information. |
Security Policy

The safety of our students is our highest priority and with today's search for enhanced security, we are taking some new measures to ensure the most security, within reason. As such, we will have 1 BSO officer on duty, to help with security, in addition to our regular chaperones.
Items NOT permitted: - No outside food or drinks will not be permitted - Large bags & backpacks will not be permitted - Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, drugs, alcohol and other substances are not permitted in the event Items that are permitted: - Small purses, handbags or clutches will be permitted, however they will be searched Please Note: Students are not permitted to come and go from the event. If a student needs to leave the event, they will not be permitted to return. |

We will be holding the dance in a very large church sanctuary. The max tickets we will be selling is well below 50% capacity of the facility.
